Cancellation, No show, Photograph and Refund Policy

Infusion Therapy Institute holds small group in-person training programs. When you book for a training program, we hold a seat for you that is no longer available for anyone else, but you. If you wish to cancel, please cancel in writing (email admin@infusioninstitute.com), minimum 5 business days prior to the program date. So, someone else gets an opportunity to take the seat or, to make other vital decisions. Cancellations within 5 business days of the class dates are not eligible for a refund.

Substitute an Attendee: You may send a substitute attendee to the program. Request for substitute must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the class date. $45.00 fee apply.

Refund Policy: 15% processing fee will be charged for cancellations, rescheduling and checks with insufficient funds. Refunds are issued utilizing the same method of the payment. No refunds are issued for cancellations received within 5 days of the program and for no shows. 

If  the Infusion Therapy Institute cancels a program for any unforeseen reason, unavoidable reason,  you may opt to attend another upcoming program within 3 months or to receive a full refund.  Refund will be processed at the same manner as your payment (credit the same card).

At times, Infusion Therapy Institute may take photographs during the class for  lawful purpose, including media on the company website, Facebook, illustration, advertising.  Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed
